AegisQ Security is the platform; certified managed-security partners are the operators. Our partner program lets MSSPs deliver AegisQ-Security to their end customers under consent-scoped multi-tenant access, with white-label theming and three operational tiers — from monitoring-only to fully managed 24×7. AegisQ does not sell managed services directly.

All tiers include the full AegisQ Security platform, the Response Service, and the multi-tenant MSSP console. Tiers differ in coverage hours, response SLA, and the level of incident handling the partner provides. Pricing is set by each MSSP partner based on their own service model — AegisQ does not publish end-customer prices for managed services.

MSSP partner access to your tenant is opt-in, scope-bound, and revocable at any time. Partners can't see what you don't authorize them to see; they can't take actions you don't authorize them to take. AegisQ enforces these scopes at the platform layer — they're not partner promises, they're platform constraints.
